Long ago within the mountain tops of Ucria, Sicily there was a monastery where monks would practice their faith and create wine from their local vineyards. In fact, the word divine translates to “of the vine”.

The Vinciullo family traces their lineage back to a single monk from this monastery. When the rest of the monks decided to migrate, this single monk decided to stay behind to be with the woman he loved.

The Vinciullo family speculates that the very “Vin” within their name comes from this monks association to the vineyards. It seemed fated that they should carry on this ancient family tradition, so they did.
